Welcome to Carmine’s Italian Restaurant. Carmine’s on Penn started in 1994 and in 2021 Carmine’s on McGregor was born as a mirror image of Penn.
Every thirty years or so, we think about making some big changes. Well it is that time and we are working on a refreshed concept for Carmine’s located downtown.
We are unveiling a new concept at McGregor Square. Starting in January, we will offer individual portions and even let you see a menu.
We will continue to feature traditional items such as Caesar Salad, Meatballs and Ravioli and add items such as steak, fish and sandwiches.
